What is cardiac rehabilitation?
Cardiac rehabilitation is a specific programme consisting of education, exercise and other interventions to address the risk factors of Coronary Artery Disease. The aim being to help the cardiac patient to regain his/her strength, to prevent the condition from worsening and to reduce the risk of future heart problems.
